As an Account Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will assist our clients with service and risk management needs. You will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. A high school diploma is required and an Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. To succeed in this role, you will possess a minimum of five (5) years insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR, CIC) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages. Office management and special project management are part of this role.
